All artworks are sent to our customers for their approval, prior to commencing production.
 
Free Warehousing
 
Desktop Promotional Products offer free warehousing for your promotional merchandise ordered through them. We also manage stock inventory, and can handle the despatch and fulfilment of any job.
 
We also offer the provision of a weekly and/or monthly "Stock Report".
 
So if you want to bulk order goods to get a better price but you don’t want them delivered just yet, we can hold them in our warehouse for you and deliver them as needed.

Desktop Promotional Products offers to develop a promotional products online ordering system for your staff and branches, thru a web based Content Management System
 
This online ordering system will allow authorised branch personnel to access the catalogue via a login system to order promotional products as approved by Head Office.
 
This will allow for the setup of up to 50 branch passwords. All orders will be sent via email to designated email address which is normally in the promotional products despatch centre. A copy of the order will go to a designated promotional orders control email address.
 
The product catalogue will allow the setup of categories to enable a simple and easy navigation through the products in the catalogue.
